Our maintenance support comprises of wide range of services ranging from performance tuning, repairs, yearly maintenance services and on-call PC trouble shooting. Be it problems arising out of your faulty hardware or glitches in your software our can team are capable of handling all of them with ease. We primarily offer maintenance services through the following service categories: Under such contracts which are signed up on yearly basis, we take care of the complete infrastructures of our clients by providing labour and spare repair and replacements services as is governed by the terms of the contract against a yearly fee paid in advance. Customers who have a sizeable setup of 5 computers or more can benefit immensely from this kind of an arrangement. These contracts are signed up on yearly basis and covers only labour charges of service engineers. Any cost borne towards chip level repair or replacements of spares are charged at actuals to customers. Annual Network Maintenance takes care of all your needs to keep your Local ares networks and Wi-fi up and running but is limited to physical network troubleshooting only. Cost of Repairs or replacement of faulty network hardware, accessories and cables are billed extra. For customers who do not have a maintenance contracts with us can opt for chargeable calls. Such calls are charged as per nature of troubleshooting required and is per PC basis.
